I've been going to Olivia Jose at Coastal Health & Medical Spa for a little over a month now and I couldn't be happier. Olivia is always professional, very knowledgeable and always exceeding my expectations every time I see her. Every time I have an appointment with Olivia, she is on time and always guides me in the right direction on what I should do next to improve my health and skin. I recently booked an appointment with Dr. Olivia to discuss changes that I’ve noticed in my face due to weight loss and beginning stages of aging. I had no idea which treatment would suit my needs but I told her all about my concerns and she patiently listened and made excellent and reasonable suggestions. She really knows her stuff! She spent time telling me all of my options without pressuring me but also giving her honest opinions about what should be most suitable. I ultimately received Sculptra and Botox and picked up some Homecare products to help at home and will be back in a few weeks for a follow up and second round of Sculptra. I appreciated that she told me everything to expect over the few days post treatment and how to care for my face afterwards for optimal results. I had a wonderful experience during my consultation at the Coastal Health & Medical Spa. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and explained my treatment options without making me feel pressured. I really appreciated their knowledge, honesty, and personalized approach. The facility was clean, relaxing, and well-maintained, which made the entire experience even better. Even though this was just my consultation, I left feeling confident that I was in good hands. Danielle gave me an amazing facial! This was my very first facial experience and I could not recommend Coastal Health or Danielle more! I got a mama glow facial for my Mother’s Day gift and it was actually heavenly. Danielle was so friendly and sweet, super personable, it felt like a friend was doing my facial! The facial was so relaxing and my skin has never felt smoother or glowed more! I had full body chills multiple times during it. I hope to come back for a hydrafacial after baby is here.
